4 Seasons Boba Tea - Revere

The boba is good. Have had multiple times. It's also convenient and within walking distance to the beach.Then place is very small, and could use some maintaince/uplift.

Today I feel disappointed in the service and the product, the girl who served me was talking on her personal phone, the toppings were not as indicated, she did not add the lychee jelly, only black Boba and he charged me as if he had added everything indicated...She definitely did not pay attention when making the teas. Bad for business...

Everything is good except for the fact that every time I come they always are out of stock on certain ingredients so, I can never have a complete drink from the menu. For example I ordered the green galaxy today and they didn’t have the purple part, which is a bummer.

Sorry for the long review but I feel is necessary to be specific) Let me start by saying that the boba tea is one of the best I've tried, and I come here almost every weekend. Now, one time i went during a weekday and 1. the boba tea wasn't as tasty as usual, it was like watered down and almost no flavor2. When I walked in there was only one woman and she was in the back recording videos of herself. I came back on another occasion a weekday, she was there) and again, the boba tea just wasn't as good as usual so I just avoided coming on weekdays and only coming on weekends because she usually isn't there. Today Tuesday) my boyfriend and I stopped by and the same woman was there, I believe her name is Panya or something like that, when we walked in she did not even look at us, she just walked up to the counter while texting, she than stood there for a whole minute and we were both just standing there waiting for her to even acknowledge us , when she finally stopped texting and looked up to take our order, I specifically ordered a large coffee milk tea with black Boba as per usual , as soon as it was time to pay we pulled out cash to pay and she didn't even wait for us to pay, she just took the cup as if she was in a hurry and proceeded to make the teas we were just standing there with the cash in hand) when she gave me the boba tea it wasn't coffee, it was milk tea with coffee jelly. she just put it in the counter, grabbed her phone and was going to storm to the back to continue texting. she didn't even realize at all that we hadn't even paid, she was in such a hurry to be in her phone she doesn't even pay attention to what she is doing.. Right after we paid, I told her that the drink is wrong, its supposed to be coffee milk tea with black boba, instead of apologizing for the confusion and making the correct drink, she just took the drink with an attitude and went to make the right one, after its done she puts it in table and turns her back with attitude) that she didn't even give us a straw, had to ask for one. Overall TERRIBLE customer service, I will continue coming here but definitely not on weekdays.
