Sutton Place Revelstoke Mountain Resort

Hotel was great but service was 1 star if that upon checking into our room after driving 10 hours and putting our things away we found a soiled pair of shorts in the drawer “picture included” I brought them down to desk and they offered to refund my “30$ resort” fee that I was not advised about, also to make matters worse resort was closed down the next day due to smoke and the hotel did not advise us at all about it! Would not recommend Sutton place revelstoke to anyone.

We were Fire evacuees from West kelowna, Found room only in your hotel that night. We talked with Flora on a Phone around 1.30 am. When we arrived we were really tired and exhausted. Flora did whatever she can do get us the room as soon as possible. Even though Computer system was not helping her but Flora and Bob were extremely courteous and helpful and gave us the room regardless. Even though they were not able to check us in into the system. They took our info and said they will deal with it later on there end at least we can relax and rest. We checked for one night but stayed in your hotel for 2 nights and we enjoyed every bit of it. Even though we are still not able to go back to our house in West kelowna. But we came to our another house in Saskatoon. Now we will always stay in your place when ever we will drive in between Kelowna and Saskatoon. Flora and Bob are an Asset of your company. Bless them. Thanks very much. The only hotel to stay in while visiting Revelstoke, the staff are friendly and helpful the hotel is modern and very comfortable.I have not stayed in a hotel in Revelstoke that is of the qualityof the Sutton.When in Vancouver we mostly stay at the Sutton also because of the consistent quality.

The room was great. The staff were also kind. The rooms were obviously quality and condition for the price. But the resort's side facilities seemed to be less than expected. I think there was no special benefits to stay while staying there, except for the room and the poolNearby activities: There is no place to get a convenience store or grocery in the resort. There is no shop nearby. This is a bit unfortunate.

I used to love this hotel. Went once a year before covid. I have to say, the tone of management has certainly changed and the place does not have the same vibe, despite significantly higher prices. So more for less.
