yummy, great price. much more fish than rice in my sushi, nice to see. not the best sushi rice I had, but rice was definitely not used as a filler/cost cutter. Salmon was very fresh. I am always very happy to find places with kani nigiri and appetizers, so was very happy about it. Picture of kanikani appetizer. delicious! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Frisby Ridge Diner:
Absolutely awful experience with the service. The food was ok. We had Anna as our server and as we first walked in we asked for a table near the window and immediately she snapped at us. We understand it was busy but my girlfriend works in the service industry and the way she treated us during our meal was not ok. Not once did she check on us. We had to ask for boxes and the bill which did not come for a long period... View all feedback.
Overall the service, food and value were rather impeccable. the only reason I didn't give 5* is because they are not completely vegan
The restaurant is indeed open for business, despite reports that it is closed. The sushi served here is excellent and definitely worth trying.
Gomae is way too expensive at $6.50 for such a small portion of spinach! The Maki B was decent, although the rice was overcooked and there was an unexpected ginger flavor in my salmon and tuna roll. Overall, it was okay. The bento box had a good variety, but the sushi was just alright. The miso ramen was unique and innovative. I've never had the option to add beef to miso ramen before, but it was an interesting experience.
The prices are very affordable and the customer service is excellent. My favorite dishes are the Salmon Teriyaki Plate and California Rolls.
Just above average Sushi. Not that it's a bad thing just not worth of 4 or 5 stars. I had a California roll and Teriyaki Roll for $11, Both were good. wasabi, Rice and other ingredients seemed good quality.
