The first, euphoric evaluation of the new pächter on the Ammerwald alme had made me curious, so I combined the pleasant with the useful and with my friend took... read more The first, euphoric evaluation of the new pächter on the Ammerwald alme had made me curious, so I combined the pleasant with the useful and with my friend took a “bubble walk” on crow and high-blow. tired and happy about our great yield (beautiful photos,) we settled down on the terrace under the inviting sunshades. immediately a friendly service appeared and inquired about our drink request. the two ordered alcohol-free, well-cooled, white-browns came immediately.Fegetarically tuned, we ordered both spinach dumplings with additional salate. the salads were served immediately: delicate, colorful, young leaf salads, pikantly tasted, we would not have expected that on an “alm” in the form at all. After a reasonable waiting period, the spinach dumplings came: two beautiful, obviously freshly cooked, super loose, noodles, with abundantly anointed, over freshly cheered parmesan cheese – not only visually but also tastefully a “dense”. the selection was hard, as all the cakes in the vitrins looked very delicious. our choice finally fell on a piece of the edible cake (without flour) and a piece of apple-sew cake. both cakes were noticed that they are homemade, on ice, butter and or fresh ingredients were not saved, a great conclusion! Conclusion: everything is best, we are happy to come (always because of the cake).P.S. we had so great appetit that I did not intend to photograph the food, but I have added a photo of the flowering hike (grabs)

We asked for a hauswurst kraut and a kasspatzen (from local and land farms) and it was a success. well served, well served, on the beautiful terrace on a sunny day, and great price. If I go back this way I know where to eat!
