Update: My chicken salad tasted overwhelmingly of salmon—presumably cooked in the same pan—and the chicken was completely cold. My polite suggestion to the kitchen was met with extreme incompetence from a young woman. The correct course of action would have been: to taste a piece of meat in the kitchen, rectify the mistake, and apologize to the guest (who was eating and paying! . The wrong approach: telling the guest they're incapable of distinguishing between chicken and salmon. I've reviewed numerous Michelin-starred restaurants here! This was my last visit.
