It was a really nice surprise: from the bread to the dessert each course was an experience! To highlight: presentation of the “ensaladilla” and the foie micuit after a Escoffier recipe of 1912! Great hospitality of the owner and really good wine offer! An experience to repeat and recomendable to anyone
