They are very generous when giving you drinks and the service is very good. Usually they take a while to serve because they're understaffed and juggling several tables all at once. One of the waitresses speaks English, which is a nice surprise here in Reus, she's very kind and patient! If you're looking for a nice meal with a budget, definitely give this place a shot.

This must be one o... read more My partner and I reserved a table for lunch and we arrived just after 13.30. We opted for a table outside , looking on to the Placa Mercadal. This must be one of the best locations in Reus. Not being in a particular hurry that day, we were prepared to take our time, but the restauant took an extreme liberty with us. We had to wait 40 minutes for the first course of the 21€ menu , having paid fhe 2€ outside supplement. As we waited, a soiled table cloth was put in pace, but the table itself was not cleaned. We waited another 40 minutes for the main course, and watched as our initial waiter disappeared into the town and reappeared twice. The food, when it arrived, was well presented and acceptable. However the waiter bringing the desserts seemed very new to the role, and happily left a large thumb hole in the ice cream..By this time, the sun had lowered and we had retreated further into the shaded area., Would we have done beter sitting inside?? Who knows. At least we would have saved 2€ each.
