My wife and I were camping in the area and discovered this place during a thunderstorm- it was late Sunday and most places closed so we thought - we can shelter... read more My wife and I were camping in the area and discovered this place during a thunderstorm- it was late Sunday and most places closed so we thought - we can shelter from the rain and eat whatever! We had a lovely surprise - firstly the menu was much wider than pizzas- salads and fish/ meat dishes. Secondly the maitre ( who speaks good English) was very welcoming, the place was full and she did not turn us away but found a table. I had a steak hache , blue sauce which was the best steak hache I have had in France and we have been coming to France for 25 years. My wife had a lovely pizza and the rose house wine was very good. The price was very, very reasonable and the ambience wonderful - so much we came back the next evening and enjoyed another meal outside in the sunshine this time. Very family oriented with children meals too.
