This is a lovely place to visit. The food is homemade, very affordable, and excellent—definitely try the bread; it’s fantastic, and you can even buy some to take home! The decor is modern and fresh, but on a beautiful day, it’s wonderful to sit outside on the large terrace and enjoy the view of the airfield as planes take off and land. It’s open to the public; just drive in through the main entrance of Gamston Airport and park in the bays just before the barrier. Highly recommended!
The ambiance of the restaurant is simply perfect—clean, comfortable, and with excellent cutlery. I was quite impressed! The staff is extremely courteous and helpful, which made for an amazing experience. We had quiche with new potatoes and cucumber salad, and it was stunning! We were also delighted by the homemade soda bread served upon arrival; they sell it too, so I’ll definitely be coming back to buy some. Thank you!
