Not the best Chipotle location in terms of staff service. I order a veg bowl and asked for the guacamole on the side. Later i discover i got charged for it so I went back. The girl was very rude and didn 't care to fix her mistake. Instead she just yelled/ order another worker telling him YOU FiX It . Jose fixed the issue no problem and apologized, but keept my original receipt. The girl who took my order relly needs to go over costumer service and be polite/manners to other staff as well.
Worst Chipotle in NOVA. Filthy, no care in making an order, and good luck getting what you want after 9:15pm. Everyone stars packing up a little after 9 even though stores hours state closing is 10pm. Literally asked for Queso and it was sitting on the counter with cellophane wrap on it and they said they were out. I said, ?it?s right there?, looked at me and said, ?that?s for tomorrow?. Every business has an off day but after the 5th time doing this, just change your hours.
