Chanced upon this gorgeous little 'local ' restaurant while driving from Italy to Bovec in Slovenia. It was like an oasis, in an almost no man 's land. We were planning on having a hearty lunch, but they do not accept cards and we weren 't carrying too much cash, so we ended up having chocolate pancakes and coffee. Loved them both. Highly recommend this place. View all feedback.
What Vilhelm Ríkarðs doesn't like about Baita Botton D'oro:
we had dinner with tagliatelle with deer sauce and frico with potatoes and polenta. The noodles were a little dry, the frickin and the polenta nothing exceptional. If you add the road to get there, I would say you can also choose a different restaurant. A irony enough. View all feedback.
A culinary stop absolutely to do in the heart of the beautiful resia valley. typical and delicious dishes: the friar of the valley of the resia, with the cheese first salt...a delight! The pigeons. absolutely to try! and your eyes will delight even in the surrounding peas!
Is a very nice place, a breathtaking view, and you eat simple but good things.
Double experience of dinners with friends. both unforgettable occasions. the friendliness of the couple of hosts pleasantly a sensational and varied menu. Great location!
Our destination fixes when we arrive in the valley of resia a corner of paradise. I also buy their herbal teas and not only.
Very kind people, natives of this valley that speaks a Slavic language. we only drank, but the meals brought to the other tables seemed succulent.
