O'Heas Bakery & Deli - Reservoir

This family owned business is the best in the Northern and Western Suburbs and arguably the best of it's kind in Melbourne.From the front facade, it is fairly uninspiring, but once you walk inside you are transported to a world of freshly baked bread, home cooked pies, pasties, and one of the best selections of the most delicious cakes you could imagine.Vanilla slices, lemon meringue pies, fruit flans, custard tarts, jam donuts, custard donuts, apple cakes just to name a few.The coffee is excellent,And then there is the deli section with all the different meats, cheeses, olives and a good range of wines.The locals know just how good this bakery/deli is and who could blame them for trying to keep it a secret.Friendly service, its almost perfect, the only negative for me was the lack of parking, with about 6 parking bays in O'Hea Street, with a maximum of 30 minutes parking.I parked up a side street and walked to the bakery, but as I've mentioned it was well worth the walk.

Hidden in the back streets of Pascoe Vale it is a real gem. Ramshackle facade and decor, but don't be put off. Great fresh savoury and sweet treats made out the back, plus a decent deli. Terrific Italian style coffee - nice and strong, it really hits the spot.

I was surprised that they have got everything in it; bread, (of course!), and cakes, meals, coffee, deli and other grocery! It was nice to find a ready made pizza dough personally. I saw they did a charity event! Nice people! Nice café!

I love this bakery/Deli. The best coffee in town, roasted on premise. Delicious cakes, bread, deli and cafe food. Its worth the trip.

Nice coffee with a good range of items to choose from, this has become a very popular local bakery for good reason, prices are ok as well
