Momoco Sushi - Reservoir

A marvellous selection of favourites and some interesting twists at a very good price - very good meal to be had here for a great price!

My friend brought me here a couple of years ago and I kept saying that I must bring my husband one day. Well, 2 years later, here we were. While we were deciding whether we wanted to eat there or not (it was a bit early for lunch), the waitress brought us a cup of hot rice tea. Hubby ordered his "standard Japanese dish", Chicken Teriyaki Don, and he said it was much better than the last 2 places where he had ordered it. It came with a side salad too. I ordered pork gyoza udon in miso soup. There were 4 gyoza and udon noodles, plus 2 pieces each of zuccini, carrot, broccoli and cabbage. We were both very content with our meals. The service was good and it was very pleasant to sit outside on a fairly warm morning with a cool breeze. Another bonus was that our 2 meals only cost us $22.80.

Had the katsu curry don. Decent portions and price. Interior is spacious, nice and clean. Will come back to try other menu items.

Delicious sushi and other Japanese delights. They sting you on the extras like ginger!
