The staff at this location are friendly and attentive.

The food, on several visits has been cooked badly, and... read more KFC isn't exactly fine-dining, however this KFC is especially poor. The cleanliness of the store is poor. The food, on several visits has been cooked badly, and frequently items are missing from the order, or I have been supplied completely the wrong thing. One occasion a sauce that wasn't used in my wrap was smeared all on the outside of the packaging. I had ordered via drive-through on the way to work, and ended up arriving at work with a mess all over meOn one occasion I stood at the counter for 10 minutes before being served, only to have someone who just walked though the door get served before me. No apologies. One thing positive thing I can say though - in spite of the soggy chips, harden chicken pieces and sloppy wraps, I have not gotten sick from eating from here. Although I have chosen not to return again.
