Thnakfully there was no loud music as one of the previous TA reviewers had complained about.The female staff member was fast to serve me my A$6.95 unadvertised 'Streetwise' two pieces of chicken with chips and a can of Pepsi.The restaurant only has about 15 seats with some in booth style.The dining experience was not as good as it could be due to a sliding door that kept opening whenever someone walked in or out, acc... I used one of the kiosks to place my order at the restaurant. After waiting for 20 minutes, I still hadn't received my food. When I asked about it, I was informed that they hadn't even started cooking my order. I requested a refund, but they were unable to process it. Additionally, the tables and the restaurant itself were in a filthy state, with unclean tables and a dirty floor.
We are big fans of KFC! Excited to have a KFC near where we live (2km) but each time we’ve ordered fro there, we’ve had missing items, dry chips and oily chicken, not to mention the staff are not attentive and seem to not care. Disappointing.
The service was slow, under staffed! So dirty in the toilets, only takes 5 minutes to clean toilets. Not enough staff, such slow service please work on it, worst kfc I have ever been to. Rude workers.
This would have to be the worst KFC i have ever been to they need to clean up inside and outside i found this place to be very very dirty
