This pizza shop if Defo the best on the strip! Delicious! Great prices too. Didn't rate five just because once I was waiting for over 40 mins but it's was okay as there were a few takeaways being ordered too View all feedback.

Masakan Italia enak sekali, dan sungguh menyenangkan.. Porsinya besar. Harganya murah. Pelayanan baik. Lokasi juga baik, dekat perhentian tram. Yg negatif ialah keributan ruangan. View all feedback.
Tony the chef is a master of Italian food. The food is delicious, the vegetarian lasagne and calamari salad, I can't get enough.Small, intimate, busy, you feel like you've ventured to Italy, great service, great menu and very warm and welcoming.Get in early, they run out of lasagne and tiramisu. We always order dessert first and ask the waitress to put it aside :-)Yummy espresso to finish your meal.
This is a small, local eating place in a small set local shopping centre, and nowhere near the 'main drag'. It does what it does well- produce good food at a very decent price, and serves it up with considerable friendliness and a bit of dash. Don't go here expecting the last word in cool dining. It isn't. But for locals and those nearby, it's great, and we go back again and again, either eating in or taking away. I prefer a thinner, crisp crust on my pizza, but even so, their pizzas are good. And the vegetarian lasagne I had last time was wonderful. The tiramisu is a generous serve and a great way to finish a meal. It has been reconfigured, and opened up in the last year, so although small still, it isn't as tiny as it was (more tables, better layout) , and the service definitely has improved as well. We should all be so lucky as to have a Cibo in our neighbourhood.

Such a great little treat in Thornbury. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting good Italian food. The pizzas are always perfect and my favourite.
Real home-style 'cucina italiana', just like mamma or nonna makes - and amazing value for money to boot. Succulent, tender polpette with sugo and mozzarella, crisp cotoletta milanese with nicely-cooked vegetables. Good, simple desserts like tiramisu and cream caramel. The owner even graciously sliced my homemade salame, which we started off with as an antipasto (BYO taken to its extreme). Even the homely touches of 5 mismatched wine glasses for our vintage reds and a waitress who had no clue what the fish of the day was or how it was prepared were appreciated. My only criticism is that too many of the dishes had cream added to them (cream on crumbed calamari? No!). Maybe the locals like it like this, but I would strip some of the dishes back and focus on the authenticity. But overall, we five Italians all liked it very much and will return.
