It’s really a family run cafe. Got the cutest aesthetic and feels really homely. Staff are great and friendly. Food is nice. for the iced coffee and chocolate. Super refreshing on a hot day and not too sweet either. Also look at how big this omelette is. It’s actually enormous and they’ve got enough mushrooms in there to knock out a horse. Keep up the great work. Definitely worth a visit. If you live around Reservo... View all feedback.
What Savanah Ullrich doesn't like about Alour Cafe:
I am really quite surprised at some of the things that appear on Trip Advisor, especially since I would hardly say that Reservoir is any kind of tourist attraction, but safe enough, here is the Alour Cafe. I have to say it's not a bad cafe, but it's certainly not one of the best. One of us is suitable for coffee, breakfast and lunch. A family company that makes great food goes there that Peter the owner knows us now with name. Give this place a visit you will not be disappointed.

I have to say it's not a bad cafe, but it's certainly not one of the best. In a way, it is not different than a number of other cafés in the area except that it is open on weekends, which is always a good thing (because I am usually working on weekdays). They made a pretty decent breakfast I enjoyed very much, and it was also quite fast. Whatever is cool, the free wi fi is not her, but the advice, which meant that I could finish some work while I chomping away at breakfast. I'm sure I'll come back here someday to eat a bite.

I'm actually quite surprised at some of the things that seem to appear on Trip-Advisor, particularly since I would hardly say that Reservoir is any sort of tourist attraction, but sure enough, here is the Alour Cafe. I must say that it isn't a bad cafe, but it certainly isn't one of the best. In a way it is no different to a number of other cafes in the area - with the exception that it is open on weekends, which is always a good thing (since I am generally at work on the weekdays). They did make a fairly decent breakfast, which I did quite enjoy, and it was fairly prompt as well. What is also cool is the free wi-fi - not theirs but the council's, which meant that I could finish off some work while chomping away at my breakfast. I'm sure to come down here again sometime for a bite to eat though.
A lovely family run cafe we go her that often that Peter the owner knows us by name now.
