The food normally is pretty good but the last few times it's been undercooked and very greasy

For to-go orders make sure you keep your receipt and check every box before you leave the place. More than half the orders I have received have been wrong, mainly missing stuff I did order (tortillas or a side of rice and beans something simple) and this was through calling it in not an external order service.If you decide the eat at the restaurant also make sure you keep your receipt, I've had the same problem at the place and when you bring things to the staffs attention they blame you and won't do anything to make it right. I'm not a picky eater and I'm not a difficult patron, but I do expect the staff to at least figure out how to either apologize or somehow make it right. I'm not looking for free food.Honestly it's a shame because the food is great and authentic but I'm had so many problems with my orders so many times I would no longer be eating here.

The food is good. Very authentic. I've been a patron for 12+ years and in the last 8 the service has gone completely downhill. At this point myself and my family will no longer go. 4 out of every 5 orders will be wrong, things will be missing, things u didn't order in the box and always missing tortillas or something else. That's just to order out. We had resorted to getting food and dining there. Unfortunately tonight once again we ordered, I stood next to my wife as she ordered. When we got the food the rice and beans were missing from my kids taco plate. They told us we didn't order her rice and beans then refused to correct it even if we paid again because they were too busy. The staff suck completely and look like a deer in headlights when you're just trying to make sure your hungry daughter eats.

A really special place. Quality Mexican food for a fair price.

Good ? food. Sucks that they now charge for diced chile serrano. When it was free at their senior sol restaurant. This is STINGY and bad for business. No excuses pls
