The owner and staff are all very friendly and helpful, and sp... read more This is a small 2 star hotel in a very lovely square in old Requena. Rooms are basic but pleasant. The owner and staff are all very friendly and helpful, and speak some English. The breakfasts are very good, with plenty of choice. Evening meals in the restaurant are also good, providing you are OK with local food nothing international here! and the Paella Valenciana was absolutely superb. Overall, a very nice hotel.

Well I think you should expect the r... read more Stayed here 2 nights in June, it was ok, it was a all a bit tired, which is reflected in the price, so what can you expect. Well I think you should expect the reception, bar and restaurant to be working between normal hours. It seemed a quiet period In Requena and sometimes you had to wait till staff arrived from where ever they were, not on site. We did enjoy our time here, but would have preferrred to eat and drink in house, but overall the standard is a bit low, sorry
