The soup was cold. The sandwich was joined together in phase. Customer service at the switch did not correct him. I expect to pay for a $20 meal I would offer hot soup. That's ridiculous! The first thing noticed was the front appeared disorganized. Next when I order a 11.99 sandwich and the man told me 17.99 plus tax. When I corrected him he stated he thought I'd want all the sides, all without asking. He appeared put off and it took 17 minutes to get my sandwich to go and several people who came in after me we served. Kaleb Rocks!! Great customer service, ensured a fantastic experience. I enjoyed the Jalapeño Turkey Crunch!! Tomatoe and Cucumber salad was fresh loved it. Wish I took pictures.. next time, for sure.
