I called to order a pizza and cheesy bread, but when I arrived to pick it up and pay with my card, I was told that my pizza had been given away and they needed to make another one. After a 20-minute wait, I finally received my pizza along with cold cheesy bread. There was no refund, no apology, no offer for fresh cheesy bread, and no discount. Despite being a loyal customer for 10 years, I will not be ordering from here again.
