The inside was a very special experience. A furious mix of styles with white cylinders recorded on the ceiling, 16th century tables as wallpaper and a large ultramodern orange lamp as eye chetch, filled with lights. The food couldn't convince. Remarkable taste combinations, some of the dishes were well executed, by the way. The wine card showed a lot of wine that was about their ideal drinking moment, maybe they have covid to do, but this needs to get better. The hotel rooms were fine, here, and some dates, but they're very comfortable.
It’s excellent: everything is very good. The cellar is consistent. Service is careful. the setting is pleasant and quiet. special mention for desserts. We had a good time.
Gambas entry beautiful search and taste. Great dessert. more classic flat. Possibility to choose well-selected wines. service a little below the level of the kitchen.
Chef Didier Goiffon and his team create a French inventive « cuisine » for more than 20 years now. Everything is in the plate to sublimate the natural products of excellence. It’s always a great pleasure and such an amazing experience to be there !
