We came here before our doctor's appointment. At 11am we got our sandwiches Italian BMT and a Philly cheese steak. The Philly cheese steak meat was cold and my wife asked if they can make another because the meat was cold... Patty being the only person working. With a smile made another and apologized for it and that's why I made it 5 stars because service with a smile and no attitude. View all feedback.
I visited this restaurant today with my son, and we were impressed by the fresh food and excellent customer service! The gentleman who prepared our sandwiches was named Tui. He was a very kind young man. We will definitely be returning to this location!
We visited this restaurant before our doctor's appointment. At 11 AM, we ordered an Italian BMT sandwich and a Philly cheesesteak. Unfortunately, the meat in the Philly cheesesteak was cold. My wife kindly asked if they could make another one. Patty, who was the only staff member working, happily complied, made a fresh sandwich, and apologized for the issue. This excellent service with a smile, without any attitude, is why I'm giving it a 5-star rating.
