Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Cheese missing from every cheese stick as they were overcooked. Burger burnt and forgot the cheese and fries cold. Worst RR in a long time.

The kids cheeseburger was supposed to come plain, but it had lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles on it. I spent an extra $4 on sauces, and received 16 fries. completely disappointed.

I have absolutely nothing but wonderful things to say about our experience at RR this evening. Our server Alyssa immediately recognized that my toddler was melting down, and within a minute, had her calmed down and engaged in a conversation about what she wanted to drink, and had her choose fries/apples/oranges/broccoli. Less than 3 minutes later, she brought out a basket of fries, helped my daughter place her order on the kiosk. She then purchased my daughter a game on the kiosk, which kept her happy and engaged until her food showed up less than 5 minutes later. Alyssa was attentive beyond the usual, and her service was above and beyond.

Staff was wonderful..food even better! When we got there it was busy, we waited awhile for a table. The staff was courteous and our waitresses Maddie and Jelani were AMAZING! We will be returning soon!

The service was sadly disappointing. We understand being understaffed, but there's only so far you can go with it. My daughter, man and I sat at the bar and the three of us ordered at the same time. nothing special But my husband was served first. My daughter and I had to watch as another gentleman was served before us. We weren't even an honest thought of the bartender. The only reason I give a 4 star and not a 1 is strict by the amazing manager who made it right. I hate not to get her name
