Ezell's Famous Chicken - Renton

I came around 5pm to pick up an order as a dasher, there were 4 people, l said Hi, no body answered. And then I said that I have a pickup with doordash, no one told me anything even to look at me. I waited for 6min and repeated I am here to pick up an order with doordash and after that they served me but very bad altitude…

I have never been so sorry for a dinning choice ever in my life!I wanted to try both the chicken livers and gizzards, you have to order individually at a pretty high price. The gizzards were almost impossible to eat. Tough as hell! The livers had hardly any flavor meat wise, overcooked not fresh. The chicken was overcooked and so was the fried ocra. The mashed potatoes and coleslaw portions were small that came with the 4 piece dark meat meal. The mac and cheese was bland and chewy, not cheesy like the menu pic. The soda fountain was down and bottled soda had 2 options water was not free either. The staff was friendly but not thoughtful, they didn't think to bring plates, there were 3 of us sharing this meal and they didnt think to bring butter and honey for the biscuits. When I asked I recieved 3 each when there were 6 biscuits. My meal after tip was almost 70 bucks and the food was horrible. I was surprised they had customers. Ps I don't do negative reviews but it was THAT bad!

First time and last time ever eating here the chicken was old and the grease was nasty that they cooked it in the coleslaw was unedible because it tasted sour past its date tasted expired. all around just a horrible experience I could cook better Fried Chicken than that nothing special about this

This is the store l will never go back to.Orderd a large gizzards and livers to go.Took about 15 min. to get home, and when l opened the box there was only 6 tiny pieces of of sad, overcooked liver barely visible at the bottom. Took it back to the store, and l was told they maybe stuck together LMAOEven so, there should 've been a much bigger pile of food.So l was asked if l want a refund or the order remade.Asked for the refund, to find out they can 't do cash refund ?So in a nutshell my experience was not good, and if you order to go, make sure the order is all there otherwise you 're going hungry.

That staff at this location are so nice and they make the experience very pleasant. The food is amazing as
