That is why only 4 sta... read more I thought we could eat in the dining room, and we weren't told that we couldn't, but our order was brought to our table as a to-go order. That is why only 4 stars. I would have preferred to eat the food while hot and fresh. However, the wings are large and meaty and the fries are awesome. The Cajun wings were spicy with rub, but could have used a little more sauce. Next time I am trying the hottest wings. Cajun was 4 out of 5 in their heat scale, I'm hoping the 5 of 5 heat scale is MUCH hotter.

I gave 4 stars since operations has a few problems once in a while (order not exact, slow sometimes, etc. but they are always willing to make things right. Recommended.

I usua... read more Wing Stop was disappointing. I ordered online and picked up quickly, but the food was not good. The wings were not crispy and the corn was old and chewy. I usually like the Cajun corn, but this time it was horrible. I will try a different Wing Stop in Reno next time.

We were exactly on time, and were advised that they were about to call us because we were apparently late, and the order had been ready for some time. The food was stone cold,and the wings were quite dry and under sauced. Were this a one off it would be one thing, but after having this happen severaltimes with both phone and online orders, I am pretty much done with wingstop at this point.

I ordered the wings well done. The skin wasn't anywhere near crispy. Who wants non-crispy, blubbery wings?? The corn wasold and reheated and was really chewy. I usually love the cajun corn, but this order sucked! There are other Wing Stops aroundReno, so I'll try one of those next time.
