Our w... read more Ever since I heard they offered dim sum, I was itching to try this place out. My family and I went in around 5 pm on a weekday and was seated immediately. Our waiter was really friendly and was diligent about checking on us throughout our meal. We tried out the shrimp har gow, pork egg rolls, pork and shrimp siu mai, lotus leaf rice, seared ahi tuna, steamed red bean buns, chicken wings, lychee mousse cake and sesame balls. They were all pretty tasty. It was nice to find a place locally that served some of our dim sum favorites. My daughter absolutely loved the chicken wings! It was nice and crispy with lots of seasoning. We look forward to returning to try some of their main dishes and ramen.

I thoroughly enjoyed every bite, but the setting was frustrating. I could hear every single person waiting for the buffet and the constant noise from the slot machines, along with an eagle screeching every minute. Unfortunately, there weren't many quiet spots to escape the noise. On the plus side, the staff was very helpful, and the presentation of the food was beautiful.

The location is fantastic, making it very convenient. The menu is straightforward and easy to navigate. The only downside I noticed was the limited selection of utensils and the somewhat robotic demeanor of the staff. I can use chopsticks, but not everyone can. When I asked for a fork, the staff seemed taken aback. This might indicate a lack of training. Overall, though, the dining experience was great!

Other dishes, like the... read more Red Bloom is a fantastic restaurant located at the Atlantis Casino and Resort. I typically order the chicken ramen, which is exceptional. Other dishes, like the chow fun and fried rice, are also superb. What really sets this place apart is the outstanding service that can be found throughout Atlantis. Phoi and Naran are wonderful and friendly servers who made thoughtful accommodations for my grandma, which I truly appreciate. They made our dining experience memorable. Overall, this is a wonderful place to eat, and I will definitely return on my next visit.

She’s a great person and on our next visit we’ll be coming back to Atlantis because of Naran.
