The only nit-picky thing I would have liked to see is that the menu doesn't have pictures for newbies.I definitely recommend giving Hinoki a tryVegetarian options: Veggie rolls, soups, noodles.

The su... read more It was super busy and we waited over 50 mins to be seated. Our server was a little overwhelmed but she really did try to make sure we were taken care of. The sushi was great. They have a vegetarian sushi section on their menu as well. Some of our items were forgotten but eventually our server brought it over. I would probably try to come on a night that isn’t super packed like a Monday evening. They should maybe get a better ordering technique to prevent forgotten orders. I also think they need more art on their walls or something to make it feel more inviting and not so plain and depressing.
