Bubble Tea Station - Reno
Bubble Tea Station
Description
Nestled in a bustling mall, this small food stall serves a variety of bubble tea options alongside enticing boba pearls. While many patrons rave about the delicious offerings and friendly staff, experiences vary significantly. Some customers report budget-friendly prices marred by unsatisfactory service, inconsistent product quality, and unappealing presentation. Issues such as running out of popular ingredients and subpar drink aesthetics have been noted. However, there are also commendations for speedy service and delightful boba experiences. Overall, while the location is a tempting spot for a sweet treat, expectations for quality and service may need to be managed.

The prices are budget-friendly, but their understanding of customer service leaves much to be desired. They frequently run out of boba and often offer customers a basic drink or a random jelly boba that has an odd cinnamon flavor.
It's a small food stall located in the mall, and it serves delicious tea paired with amazing boba pearls. You even have the option to choose popping boba pearls!
If you're at the mall and looking for a quick, sweet treat, I recommend this spot. The line can get a bit long depending on the day, but overall, the service is fast.
I love this place, come every time I’m here. There boba is perfectly boiled plus there milk teas have great flavor. The service is impeccably fast and nice.
The tiger milk tea was terrible it was just really thick oily milk no tea at all. The boba melted together in one big glob so you cannot drink it, it was mostly ice. When she handed it to me she said oh it 's cracked and gave it to me anyways, it started spilling everywhere. I asked for a refund or replacement and they refused, crappy place. Price was advertised as $5 for milk tea but I was charged $7. Rude staff, completely spoiled my mood after having a nice dinner with my husband.
