Excellent et prix très abordable. Je recommande sans hésiter.
Testé une première fois à l'ouverture, je m'étais régalé de petits tsukune, cette fois ci j'ai bien apprécié ce ramen à la saucisse bio et au bouillon dashi associé à de la bière blanche de la brasserie skumenn !
