McDonald's Renmark was a bit sub-standard when we first moved here in 2014, but has really got its act together and is focussing so much on good customer servic... read more McDonald's Renmark was a bit sub-standard when we first moved here in 2014, but has really got its act together and is focussing so much on good customer service these days it's amazing - this may be due to the opening of competition near by from Hungry Jacks, OTR, etc etc, but it is always clean, workers are friendly, and it is a good place to visit - both for take aways and sit down meals/snacks

I went to the drive-thru to place my order, and it took 5 minutes from the beginning of the conversation to the end. I ordered 2 Happy Meals with just hamburger... read more I went to the drive-thru to place my order, and it took 5 minutes from the beginning of the conversation to the end. I ordered 2 Happy Meals with just hamburger meat and cheese on the burgers, along with chips and tomatoes. When I reached the window to pick up my order, I was informed that they were out of tomatoes. As we were eating in the car, we discovered that the burgers had pickles in them as well, which we did not ask for. The employee's attitude and customer service were lacking, and I had to ask for my meal to be remade, which seems to be a common occurrence at this particular McDonald's location.

I was very pleased with the service at this restaurant and was especially delighted to see a person with Down syndrome working there.
