Called in for dinner while shopping at Braehead. We were met by the smiling Agata who showed us to our table. She was so friendly and attentive during our visit. She is a great ambassador for the company. Big shout for the kitchen brigade for the preparation and high standard of food. Menu is varied and is suitable for all tastes. What Siodee doesn't like about Prezzo:
It started well. We were seated promptly by a helpful staff member. I then had to ask to give our order after waiting a while. Starter came okay, however I feel if I didn't ask for my daughter's pizza we would still be waiting, although I am still waiting for my glass of water. I visited the Braehead branch for my little brother's birthday. The waitress, Catalina, was the friendliest and most welcoming lady I have ever encountered in customer service. I work in customer service myself and she is someone I can definitely learn from. It was a great visit and I will definitely be returning in the future.
Service was great and food was second to none, I had the burger witch was cooked to perfection, and my partner had the bolognasie witch was also fantastic, 10/10 would eat here again
I went to Prezzo with three friends after a shopping session. We shared some starters, which were absolutely delicious! The calamari was the best I've ever had. We also had some cocktails and had an amazing night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Well done, girls. We will definitely be back soon for a birthday party!

We dropped in after shopping on 25th of July. Great service, moved us to a bigger table when it was clear it was too small for us and our food. Food came really quickly and was gorgeous. Highly recommend this Prezzo.
