The gyro tastes of pure oil/fat, which is also what it is floating in. If you 're going to use gyro-style neck, then you should do it cleverly. The minced steak is one of them. There wasn 't a single piece of pork fillet on there, even though there was supposed to be something there. I don 't know if the word Ouzo stands for the drunk cook who doesn 't understand or know anything about what he 's doing. The chef would be better off looking for another job.
