Located a bit out of city center and therefore not overrun by tourist. This is primarily a Basque Restaurant with a nice selection of tapas and regional specialties. I ordered the “Menu” at €27 and it includes an app, main and desert....all above average but my main came with a sauce which could have been warmer. Wife had a large typical Basque salad with includes potatoes, meats, green and gizzards. This was accompanied by a liter of house rose. Don’t turn up your noise....i am retire from the fine wine business and i can tell you that this rose is good and a real bargain. For those who want a more extensive listing, there is a nice list plus tons of cocktails and after dinner drinks. We very much enjoyed our dinner and will return. Fair price, good food and service. Total including tip €60!
We were staying just around the corner from this place and thought we’d give it a try based on the reviews. We started with mojitos, which were ok. Then we decided to share a few tapas dishes between us. There was so much food! All very tasty though. We finished with ice cream sundaes which we really didn’t need but they were very good. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for something a little different and are staying nearby.
