Rubbish as wrong order and need to order again. Absolute joke
The food was served cold and I was charged almost £9 for just one and a half bags of chips. I was very disappointed with my delivery; I have never experienced such low-quality service before.
Didn’t arrive at all! I will be contacting BBC watchdog as Deep Blue have said it’s not the first time this has happened. Also we have had problems with you in the past with no delivery and nor finding the address. Not acceptable
L was really disappointed with my fish and chips they were cold and the onion rings were cold and greasy.
It was freezing cold out so I had to microwave my meal. I have tried this fish shop two times now and the first time, a third of my order was missing. I don't think I will be giving it a third try.

Awful, never again. worst quality ever had. Never had to throw fish and chips away before in my life.
Staff cant string a sentence together, nor can they do a simple job. Last 2 times I have visited they could barely take my order as busy chatting amongst themselves, and food was disgusting. Certain people in life just don't want to make the effort, and they all seem to be at deep blue
First time we’ve visited here and the chips was lovely and fresh, the fish was cooked perfectly and the server Paul was really helpful in the knowledge of what foods my daughter could eat due to allergies. He was polite and friendly. Great value for money, we will be returning
My regular. Super and predictable. Love my weekly fish. So good that I have included a pic of my cat, who is also appreciative.
We’ve ordered from here a number of times but this was not up to the usual standard. Part of our order included scampi and halloumi bites and both arrived very burnt. The coating was almost black. We also had short portions on the chips. We usually get 1 regular and 1 large chips between 4 and this is usually plenty for us but this time both portions together barely made up the usual regular size portion. Food was also cold when it arrived. Fish was very good and frickles great. However this didn’t make up for the rest and overall. It worth what we paid.

I visited this restaurant again over the weekend and the fish and chips were top-notch. It is definitely the best takeout option in the area.
I have found the best fish and chips in years at this restaurant. I highly recommend it. The service is fast.
