Pizza Express Banstead

The staff at the restaurant was friendly and accommodating. The food, including the salad bar, was excellent. The establishment was kept meticulously clean, and the atmosphere was beautiful.

Pizza express banstead always takes care of us! we have very rare negative experiences here, and if we sort them there where they can make the toilet situation a bit hit and miss, but the restaurant itself is clean and the service is always good I recommend the prosciutto and mozzarella salat

I recently booked this restaurant for a child's make-your-own pizza party and it was a wonderful experience. The party host was great with the kids, making it very interactive and enjoyable for both the children and parents. The host worked hard and managed most tasks on his own, with little help from other employees. The restaurant added service fees to the bill, which was surprising as it was stated that service fees are only added for tables of 7 or more adults, not for a child's party. Although we requested some extra plates and utensils for the parents, there weren't enough provided. My feedback to the branch manager is to not add service fees for child parties, as this allows customers to properly tip the host. Overall, the host did a fantastic job.

On a chilly evening, we received a warm welcome from the staff at this restaurant. The festive Christmas decorations added a bright touch to the ambiance. We were pleased to see that they offered pink Prosecco, which I enjoyed while my companion opted for the white. The lasagne we ordered was freshly cooked and absolutely delicious. The staff were all friendly and helpful, making our dining experience enjoyable. Overall, we had a great meal at this restaurant.
