it's not a co-op. most beer is good. the bar could be great, but whoever did the epoxy should be fired. the ambiente is ok, but it is rarely crowded. it gets 3 stars because I was in hundreds of breweries all over the country that are much better. they pass as a brewery and are now the only game in the city. they also serve macrobier, which is strange for a craft brewery. think about their favorite pizza connection w...
