Little Caesars Pizza - Reidsville

Yummy pizza at the price. I went back with lunch and the man who made my lunch combo was very professional and took care of my order with ease. I will definitely visit again.

Made a online order. Got there and waited. Lady said my order got mixed up. Did I still want it. An hour later is when I got my order. No hands being washed by any workers after touching the phone, their nose, faces or scratching their head. Will not return for a while. Speed was slow and ridiculous. There was no urgency at all.

The staff is always nice and helpful. I love the crazy bread and sauce. My fave since childhood ?

Best stuff crust Pizza with great price. I love how friendly the people are even when it’s only one person having to do it all. I appreciate this business so much

Worst experience ever tonight. After paying $26.30 for pizza for my family, I left the store without $26.30 and NO pizza! They claimed their system crashed after me swiping my card and charging me. I waited in the store for 30+ minutes thinking my pizza was baking, nope they claimed my order did not go through. According to my bank app the money was taken out! After waiting my turn in the line again I asked the cashier where my food was and she looked at me like I was stupid and then asked me to swipe my card again! Hell no I am not going to swipe my card again! I wanted my money back at that point! I was then told I would not be able to get a refund until corporate looked things over tomorrow and then if they felt a refund was warranted they would give my money back! They didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience and they refused to make my order unless I swiped my card again. I’m a firm believer that you get what you pay for but damn I couldn’t even get that! Or my money back! Poor customer service all the way around! Do not go here unless every other pizza place in Reidsville is closed for business, and even then I would still don’t think I would go!
