Tried to book for the evening at about 18.00: patron looked 'vacant ' and only said: 'Muito complicado! ' before disappearing into the kitchen... Evening and we joined two other couples hoping to be seated: tables available but absolutely no contact with the owner although he was only a metre away from us, not answering a Portuguese couple, total blanking! We went elsewhere...

Great food and prices in a gorgeous historic village, patio, inexpensive local wine, try the pork! We sat outside and was very busy, very friendly service

Walked by and decided on a lunch. That was an excellent decision. We ordered Migas Alentejanas. 5 star lunch. Great service.
