I cannot stress enough how disappointing it is when a restaurant fails to deliver even the most basic of services in a timely manner.As a paying customer, one should not have to wait an unreasonable amount of time for their food (40+ mins after drinks arrived) nor should they have to watch others who came in after them receive their meals before they do!Came all the way from Brooklyn was disappointed.Furthermore, the lack of communication and transparency from the restaurant staff only adds insult to injury. If there is a delay in the kitchen or if there are any issues with the order, it is the responsibility of the restaurant to inform their customers and provide updates on the status of their food.

This place haves a beautiful vibe ,but food was terrible, tostadas was burnt rice was hard steak was cold salmon had no flavor.I I won’t never come here again. Very disappointedFood: 1/5

The white rice and beans are incredible the way they make the rice it’s great alone but the beans are awesome you must try ..the green sauce is a lil spicy the white sauce is supposed to be for the salad but tastes so good you can put it on everything

I used to love this spot but things have changed.Booked reservation for day before Mother’s Day in order to avoid the rush and poor expectations.Chicha Morada was sour, almost like a tinted lemonade.Servers were polite but forgot to serve us our additional orders of drinks and ultimately failed to provide two of our party with the main course!I probably would’ve forgiven the majority of the issues and some offset flavors, but to confuse our table and serve our dishes to another patron is unacceptable.We asked for the bill and received a delay because I believe restaurant was attempting to rush the missing dishes.Unfortunately a terrible experience for what should’ve been an early Mother’s Day celebration.Will not be visiting the location again.
