What User doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
easy journey through the service. cashiers don't even let them say their full order and hurry to close their order each time. we told them we hadn't done a job, and they still didn't listen. we only got drinks if we wanted to order breakfast. they gave us the wrong drink. there was no line up so zero reason to hurry and bad customer service. Open both cash registers in the morning, the line is out the door every day and everything is so slow....
Place is usually very busy do to location, although staff seem to always be able to keep up are very accurate with orders and quality is always great.
Not the same tims we all knew... sad situation poat
