They dont scan your rewards anymore. Instead they put a robotic scanner outside the drive through that is so far away that you have to physically get out of your vehicle to reach. Stupid design and needs to be removed and go back to the way it was before where the worker scans your rewards at the window… View all feedback.

Every time I come here they coffee is old and taste like burnt. Specially evening staff they don’t care about customers they are mostly chit chatting like old buddies met after years coffee s supposed to be 20 min fresh but it’s not

My order was messed up 2 days in a row honestly how hard is it to make coffee ill be taking my business elsewhere now ?
Tim's on Parliament Avenue is a little convoluted to get to but always clean, food is good and reasonable and servers are courteous and caring.
