Came here recently for a family gathering. The section we were seated in was very dark because the lights weren't working. When we asked the waitress to turn on the lights, she sincerely told us we were sitting in the "dim section". She missed my order and I had to track her down to get it in and she didn't apologize. The incorrectly cooked steak was probably due to her error even though she came back and asked about how I wanted it done. There was another patron who was over charged and was frustrated that the same waitress could not fix it. Perhaps with experience and training she will be more focused. We did not ask to have our bill adjusted as she was having enough difficulty as it was. We are certain that this is not the normal service as our son has been there many times and was always quite pleased. I am positive that our next visit will be much better.
Breakfast special- just okService was super slow. The restaurant was not full at all so don't know why it took such a long time for food or coffee.Stood at front entrance waiting for someone to seat us like the sign said. They saw us at the front but didn't acknowledge us. Wont be back!

I am only reviewing their breakfast. Their breakfast was very reasonably priced in comparison to other restaurants within the west side of Winnipeg. The bacon, eggs, toast, hash browns, coffee arrived at our table hot and in a short time. Our waitress was very friendly and chatty and did not mix up our orders. She also kept the top half of our coffee cup full. Highly recommended and we are going back.
