What Auldene C doesn't like about The Last Spike:
We decided to book a reservation at the Last Spike before going to the Casino Show Lounge. The staff were nice and courteous. Dining experience took a long time to get our meals, meals were okay, staff were very busy which resulted in service being slow. View all feedback. What Maureen S likes about The Last Spike:
We were going to a show at the casino so we reserved a spot in rail car. We allotted. 2 hours to dine. It was very busy and the rail car was full. Our waiter was pleasant and tried his best but he was the only waiter for the whole car and was struggling to keep up. Our 2 hours was barely enough. It was understaffed, we felt bad for the waiter! Food was good and reasonably priced. That poor waiter deserves a bonus! View all feedback.

read moreOverall, diners have had mixed experiences at this restaurant attached to a casino in Regina. While some felt disappointed with the quality of the food, others found the menu to be good with great desserts. The atmosphere and service were consistently praised, with some diners highlighting the unique setting inside a former railroad dining car. Prices were generally deemed fair, with the option to use player points for discounts. Despite some inconsistencies with food quality and pricing, many patrons enjoyed their meals and desserts, as well as the convenient location downtown near shopping centers. Breakfast was particularly noted for its generous portions and delicious flavors. With a mix of positive and negative reviews, diners may want to take their chances at this restaurant for a potentially satisfying dining experience.
