The Creek In Cathedral Bistro - Regina

For my appetizer, I ordered the mushroom carpaccio, and for my main course, I had the crispy stuffed chicken thighs served on polenta. It's worth noting that the menu changes frequently, so these dishes might not always be available. The mushroom carpaccio featured thinly sliced portobello mushrooms marinated to perfection, topped with a delicious crab salad that included arugula, crab meat, and carrots. It was fantastic! As for the chicken thighs, they were cooked perfectly with crispy skin and filled with a delightful mixture of stewed tomatoes, olives, onions, and sausage. This dish was served on a bed of smoky, creamy polenta that was truly phenomenal. In fact, it was the best polenta I've ever had! Combining it with the stuffed chicken thighs created absolute perfection.

I visited this restaurant based on the recommendation of friends for my 50th birthday, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. I drove in from Moose Jaw, and I'll definitely return. I'll also be sure to recommend it to my friends.

This is the best upscale restaurant in Regina! My only real complaint is that the atmosphere isn't particularly remarkable, but the food more than compensates for it. Why can't Regina have more places like this?

My favourite 'fancy dinner ' restaurant! The menu is different without being weird, the food is almost always excellent, and the service is good. It is the best in Regina and very reliable. It 's the only place I will go for special occasions. Yes it is expensive, about $125 per couple (including tip), but it is worth it.

This is the best (only? high end ,meal I have had in Regina... very glad I came here!<br/ <br/ Pricing is beyond reasonable for the quality of food, but the wine list and atmosphere aren't that impressive. Very minor points when you consider how awesome the food is. I will definitely return!
