Second Cup - Regina

Great local coffee shop. The coffee tastes great and better flavor then Starbucks. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. We are lucky to have such a great coffee shop in the North end of Regina.

This coffee house is in my neighbourhood. I love the friendly staff, the great coffee and baked goods. As well as the excellent consistency of getting my Hazelnut Latté correct each and every time. The variety of beverages is also appreciated!

Coffee is to acid and bitter. The service is poor and you feel like a victom once thye have taken your money and you receive a bake good that was frozen and still cold in the middle.

Location - coffee shop in a strip mall on Rochdale sharing parking with businesses and eateries, plenty of parking was available after 8 a.m. (before other places opened)Atmosphere –clean; fast and friendly service; adequate amount of seating with some privacy around the perimeter but most tables are side by side (quite close together); small patio in front adjacent to drive- through ; art work (for sale) displayed on walls; very small condiments station where cream & milk are kept in canistersMenu - selection of baked items, sandwiches, many choices of beverages, high pricedMy order – medium-roast coffee (medium size) and a cheese croissant ; coffee was tasty; croissant was large, very flaky, taste could have been cheesier; the medium-sized cups are adequate The Second Cup appears to be a popular place in the morning with some customers inside having coffee, cars in drive- through and customers coming in for take- out.

I really like the atmosphere and customer service here but I do wish the coffee was brewed fresh instead of being kept in plastic coffee dispenser pots.The coffee doesn't taste as fresh as it could.Otherwise, very nice place in a good location. Baked good are nice as well.
