Contribute FeedbackOverall, the restaurant offered a mixed experience. Some guests praised the fantastic food and excellent service, while others found issues with their online reservations or slow service when requesting the bill. The food was tasty, but some noted it wasn't very hot upon arrival and there were also different experiences with the ambiance in different sections of the restaurant. Despite some setbacks, many diners still enjoy returning and find it a convenient option for a delicious meal.
We went for Christmas drinks after work, great time, no complaints.
The food was pretty good, but the description in the menu did not correspond to what we received. Great service and atmosphere though! Dessert was delicious!
For a Saturday at lunch I found it strange, we were the only 3 people in the restaurant when we arrived and the only 3 people there when we left an hour later. Food was and service was good.
The food and service at this restaurant were excellent. However, there was a slight issue with my online reservation. Despite booking and receiving a confirmation email, the restaurant did not have my reservation on file when we arrived. It was suggested that it may have been transferred to another location, but my confirmation clearly stated the Normanview location. Luckily, the staff were able to accommodate our large group with a table. Just wanted to mention that my online reservation experience was not seamless.
Overall, the experience was average. The service was friendly and the food had good flavor, although it wasn't very hot when it arrived at our table. We had requested a table in the lounge when we made our reservation online, but we were seated in the dining room instead, even though both sections of the restaurant were almost empty. There was no background music in the dining room, which was disappointing. It wasn't a horrible experience, but I likely wouldn't return.
