What User doesn't like about Red Swan Pizza:
The delivery service was very quick at first, but on the third time it took almost an hour and a half. The delivery person's debit machine did not work with two different cards so I had to pay in cash. The wings were cold and the portion of red sauce was too generous. We ordered takeout for a late night snack. Ordering online was simple and the delivery was quick enough. We tried the paprika, speck, and mushroom pizza. I usually enjoy Red Swan Pizza, so I was a bit surprised that this one was just okay. Perhaps it was just an off night. Despite this, I will still continue to order from here as it's typically good.
I used to be a regular customer at Red Swan Pizza on Quance Street, but I have to agree with other reviews that their quality of service has gone downhill. I ordered two pizzas yesterday, and one of them was the "Two Sleepy" pizza with a sparse amount of toppings on it. I even questioned if the toppings were purposely skimped on, as there were only about 5-6 pieces visible on the entire pizza. I decided to still take my order, but ended up being disappointed when I had to order another pizza from a different pizzeria because I couldn't wait another hour for Red Swan to deliver again. Their lack of quality control is concerning. Additionally, even though I provided my contact information in my order, I never received any communication from them. It makes me wonder if their response to reviews is simply to save face online.

This has been our go to pizza place but we have noticed a substantial decline in quality and customer service. For example, we ordered pizza last night and they said it would be 25 min, I arrived 25 min later and they said 5 more minutes. 30 min later, i was still waiting in the store for pizza. The pizza had burnt toppings and looked slapped together and light on toppings. Quality has clearly went downhill and customer service could be improved. They also appear to prioritize Skip the dishes orders, as many customers waiting inside commented on. The same Skip the dishes delivery driver came in to pick up delivery orders 3 times while everyone else waited way too long for their pizzas.
