Ordered pickup from app. They got my custom sausage muffin right, food was hot and fresh for both of us, it was ready shortly after we used the clean/clean enough washrooms (clean, just public and a little aged)1¹¹. Their front hand sanitizer was unscented which I was super grateful for. Runner was friendly and nice. View all feedback.
What kendall j doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Always get your order wrong at this location, always dirty tables and the play area is disgusting, bathroom had a broken sink and couldn’t even wash your hands, and then the hand sanitizers were out of sanitizer. Mcdonalds just isnt what it used to be. Staff is always so new they have no idea what is even on their menu or how to properly compile a “correct” order. Drive-thru is always a disappointment as my order is never 100% correct. So I go inside now… which is generally about 3 times longer of a wait period. Not to mention a customer can stand inside at the till for an average of 6 mins before any mcdonalds employees even acknowledges them. Childhood favourite restaurant… but a 1 star(if that) from an adults perspective.. smh
I was very hungover and needed some food to calm my stomach down for the ride home. Pro tip just some plain bread seems to work after you're done throwing up a bunch lol. I asked for a bun. That's it, just a plain bun. The person taking the order was quick to figure out how to put that through the system. But when I got my plain bun, it had ketchup and pickles on it. All I wanted was a bun and I had to eat a bun with ketchup. Did it stop me from throwing up yes. Was it absolutely disgusting. Also yes.

Every time we’ve been through the drive through they’ve got our order wrong, this wasn’t a single incident (we live out of town and this one’s on our way out) we’ll be going out of our way now to go to different ones from now on. Thought we’d give it a few chances but it’s terrible experience every time
There’s a bit of a ceos there. Food delay and usually there’s something wrong with your order. Nice play structure for kids, although it is freezing in this room.
