Kfc - Regina

We have been going to this kfc for 30 years and yesterday I could not believe the absolute garbage we got in the drive thru, the fries were stale, asked for an 8 piece bucket with no thighs got 8 piece with 4 thighs under cooked, my chicken tender sandwich was hard as a rock! We threw away $55 and will never go back!...I tried calling them 5 times but he would not answer!SAVE YOUR MONEY DONT GO TO THIS KFC!!!

Placed an order using the app. The order was confirmed but instead of the 40 minute time estimate, it took 70 minutes. I tried 4 times to phone the store to get an update on the order but each time there was no answer and the call was terminated on their end. The tracker feature didn’t work properly. As I drove to the store to find out what was going on, a delivery person arrived and my house. The tracker feature still shows that they’re still cooking the food. Very poor service!!

Went to dine in tonight and all the employees saw me waiting in the lobby to order. None of them took my order. I had to wait 10 minutes to get service. This place is a joke, very lazy staff who look like they slack their whole shift. DO

Second time the crop!! Absolutely horrible!! Chicken was dried out over done. Fries were cold and they forgot to put our gravy in the bag!! Definitely not doing a third!! Done with that place!!

Live 3 blocks away and I'll stick to driving to north end. Was in a hurry tonight so went and got 20pce meal and fries. Fries were cold and gravy was brown flavorless water. This is the 3rd time it's happened (why I started going to Rochdale location).
